An Occupied Staging is staging a property using primarily the homeowners furnishings.

 

Accessories may be brought in and/or a few key pieces, e.g., table, nightstand.

 

An Occupied Staging timeline can average two hours or more depending on the square footage of a property and whether additional staging is done for outdoor areas (e.g., patio, pool, etc.)

 

The investment fee is payable at the time of the Occupied Staging.
