A Vacant Staging is a staging in which the stager either supplies or arranges for a vendor to supply all the furniture, artwork and accessories for an unoccupied home.

 

Investment fees reflect the initial staging investment and the average monthly rental fee. In the event additional months of rental may be required, information for the additional rental fees will be provided.

 

Investment fees for the rental of furniture are paid per the vendor's terms.  **Fees for rental furnishings can vary depending on furnishings the homeowner or agent requires.

 

The initial staging fee for meeting and arranging the rental furnishings - is paid the day of the staging per the quote.
